We also very much enjoyed our dinner and lunch service and we felt very well received. I would 100% would recommend to my friends and family the next time I’m in Thimpu.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Overall a good and relaxing stay. The views from my balcony are amazing. Waking up to the valley shrouded in clouds feels quite mystical. The staff are all very kind and polite. Tshering, the operational manager helped me put on the traditional clothes. They all speak fluent English. I would say the only downside was that dinner took quite a while to be served and when it finally was served it was already cold. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was basic but good. Otherwise, everything was fine, including the wifi, heater and location. Highly recommended!

 Verified A lovely stay with wonderful staff
The staff were extremely warm and genuinely sweet throughout the day. Theh were extremely accomplished and even curated the food to our liking. The room and property was also clean and well maintained.

Phuntsho Khangsar Hotel offers a fantastic blend of comfort and traditional Bhutanese hospitality. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable after a long day of sightseeing. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Excellent value for money in Thimphu!

Show your Taiwanese friends Everyone in the reception staff here is super friendly and impeccable service! And will also actively ask if you need anything ✨ From morning to evening, everyone, whether the counter, restaurant or even housekeeping, was super nice for the last night because of the stay of some children from India, they really viewed the hotel as a playground. In the evening I just went to the counter to borrow a pen, they were super sorry to say sorry if there was no noise to you, we have asked them to try not to play in the hallway, and there are other guests, will be more likely to disturb other guests. I do not want to complain at all, but all of them are sorry. I went out and saw the hotel staff have always been grieving and asking the kids to speak out and speak out. Next is the view - the room where I live can be seen directly by the Moni Buddha ✨ Regardless of the day and night super healing❤️ 🔥 The meals are also very varied - very rich! Also a variety of dishes, absolutely not starving. I highly recommend coming to Timbu to stay here. It's not too far to go to the city - the views of the reception staff are excellent. Photo videos without filters 😍

 Verified Warmest hospitality ever
When we arrived we were greeted very warmly by about 4 persons. The room had all the amenities one could think of. All staff were always smiling and willing to help even when not needed. The food was excellent and they made it a point to take care of different tastes of the four of us. I have never stayed at a hotel with such warm hospitality. Will highly recommend this hotel.

I saw rave reviews for this hotel on various platforms, and it truly lives up to its reputation. The owner kindly helped me book a ride; when he couldn’t get one, he drove me around personally for half a day as a free tour guide. He firmly refused any tip I offered. The hotel has stunning views, and I was very satisfied with the accommodation. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip. 在不同的平台都看到这家酒店的好评，选择了之后发现名不虚传。老板费心的帮我叫车，没叫上之后他自己开车免费当了我半天的导游，最后给小费的时候坚决不收。酒店风景非常好，住宿条件也很让我满意，下次一定还会继续入住的。翻译成英文。

Wonderful place to stay in Thimphu. Great service, the manager Tshering Dorji is extremely accommodating. Clean room with a great bathroom. Will definitely be returning.
